Meet the founder
I’m Marion, a French pastry chef whose journey began in France, where I discovered my passion for the art of baking and honed my skills through years of training and experience.
My love for travel soon carried me far beyond home. After exploring Europe, I moved to Australia, which opened the door to the other side of the world — from Vietnam to Japan, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, and beyond. I later moved again, this time to Canada, giving me the opportunity to explore the vast beauty of the country and travel across the USA.
Everywhere I went, I learned new ways of baking and cooking: exploring local markets, tasting regional specialties, discovering home-style dishes, and sharing meals with strangers who soon became friends. These experiences became the heart of my jam brand.
Each recipe reflects a memory of the places I’ve visited and the flavors I’ve fallen in love with along the way. Crafted with the precision of a pastry chef and the spirit of a traveler, every jar is more than jam — it’s a memory, a journey I’ve captured and want to share with you.
